Orange Tree Cookery School is set on the shores of the beautiful Strangford Lough where an abundance of fresh, local ingredients can be sourced to produce a wonderful array of delicious dishes. Designed with the experienced cook and beginners in mind, classes are informal and start off with a chat about the day's menu. Each lesson you will learn how to make a delicious three course dinner party meal, all of which can be easily recreated in your own home.

Each stage of the meal is demonstrated by award winning head chef Simon Shaw and students are invited to help in the new purpose built kitchen. At the end of each lesson everyone sits down to sample the delicious dishes accompanied by a glass of wine. Each class will also include an element of table decoration to suit a wide range of dinner parties.

You can book an individual lesson of your choice or a course of four lessons then surprise your friends and family with some fabulous fayre expertly cooked by you using your newly acquired skills.
